If need customization, we need 10 days to produce.
Delivery Time:
delivered from China factory, it takes 1~3 weeks to Southeast Asia ;3~6 weeks to West Asia/ Oceania; 5~7 weeks to EU/ America/ Africa. Accurate time show by check out or contact us with address.

Payment & Return Policy:
Production time is around 30 days. 50% deposit by bank transfer to start formal production, and 50% balance by credit card (If over 50% design changed like new design, all should be bank transfer.) after HD production pictures/ video sent to QC before delivery.
Customized Salon Pedicure Chairs is nearly impossible to sell to other clients. If you are not sure the final work, we offer 3D design service for free. Please note customized work can not be cancelled after formal production starts or returned except big quality issues! All are covered with insurance, please check outside package & inside desk （easily open by unscrewing the top panel of wood box ） if any damage before sign with video or picture proof so that insurance can cover the delivery damage if any!
Important Notice:
If the truck cannot access your location(For example., mall restrictions, narrow roads), the goods will be unloaded at the nearrest accessible spot. Therefore you must arrange a forklift or tools to transport the box.
Customers must arrange a forklift to unload goods from the truck’s tailgate.
Oversized shipments(over 2m/79”): Exceed the truck taildate’s safe loading length and cannot be unloaded via the truck’s tailgate. An electric forklift or manual unloading is required.
